Fluent Emoji is Microsoft's open emoji set, and this pack lists it as PNG files you can add to Microsoft Teams or Slack as custom emojis. It covers people with a range of skin tones, hand gestures, objects, symbols and everyday scenes in a polished, colorful style, so it makes a good fit for a workspace that wants a consistent look.
The files are 256 pixels square and more detailed than most custom emojis, so check how they look at the small size of a reaction before you upload many of them. Our suggestion is to pick a short list of the gestures and objects your team uses every day, such as a raised fist, clapping hands or a timer clock, and give them clear names so they autocomplete in the picker.

Download any emoji above, then upload it as a custom emoji in your workspace. Step-by-step guides: add custom emojis in Microsoft Teams, add custom emojis in Slack, or add custom emojis in Discord. A sample of 40 files from this page measured as 256 by 256 pixel PNG files, about 10 to 55 KB each. That is under the 128 KB Slack's help recommends and the 256 KB figures Teams and Discord list (checked October 14, 2026). Your workspace can still restrict who may add emoji. Discord's help says uploading needs the server owner or the Manage Emojis or Create Expressions permission, and its custom emoji page also covers animated emoji, so check it for what your account and server allow.
