Agreement

Teamsmoji is operated by Canna Holdings LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Teamsmoji", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.teamsmoji.com, including the emoji library, packs, guides, and emoji maker (together, the "site"). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Using Teamsmoji

Teamsmoji helps people find, make, and download custom emojis for chat platforms. You may browse the site, use the emoji maker, and download individual emojis for personal use or for use in your own communities and workspaces, subject to any rights held by the original creators and the rules of the platform you upload them to.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to use the site.

Third-party content

Emoji files may be submitted by users or collected from public community sources. Some packs are fan-made emojis inspired by games, shows, and brands. They are not official and are not endorsed by those rights holders. Teamsmoji does not claim ownership of third-party artwork, and the original creator or rights holder keeps any rights they have in that content. You are responsible for making sure your use of any emoji is lawful.

Your images in the emoji maker

The emoji maker processes files in your browser. You keep all rights to the images you use, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. Do not use the maker to create content that infringes someone else's rights, harasses people, or breaks the law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or download the site in bulk or through automated means, except search engines and AI assistants that follow our robots.txt; (b) interfere with, overload, or try to break the site's security; (c) use the site to break any law or the rules of Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord, or any other platform; or (d) misrepresent Teamsmoji content as official artwork of any brand.

Competing emoji directories

You may not scrape, copy, download in bulk, republish, or use Teamsmoji's catalog, metadata, site content, or services to create, train, populate, or operate a competing emoji directory, emoji-list website, or substantially similar service without our prior written permission. This restriction does not transfer ownership of third-party emoji artwork to Teamsmoji or limit rights you may have directly from an original creator or rights holder.

Our content

The site's design, code, text, guides, and the Teamsmoji name and logo belong to Teamsmoji or its licensors. Apart from the uses allowed above, you may not copy or reuse them without permission. Short quotes with a link back are fine.

Copyright and removal requests

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright or other rights, send a request through our contact page with the page or file URL, a description of the work, and a way to reach you. We review requests promptly and remove content where appropriate.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, DOWNLOADS, AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any file will work on a given platform, or that content is accurate or free of third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, TEAMSMOJI AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Teamsmoji and its operators from claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms or someone else's rights.

Changes and termination

We may change, remove, or stop offering site content or features at any time, and we may block access for anyone who breaks these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
