Add a custom emoji in Microsoft Teams
- 1Download a square PNG, JPEG, or GIF from a pack above.
- 2In a chat or channel, open Emoji, GIFs and Stickers, choose Emoji, then Your org's emoji.
- 3Select Add emoji, choose the file, give it a short searchable name, and add it for your organization.
- 4For a reaction, hover over a message, choose More reactions, then find it under Your org's emoji.
Admin controls
Your Teams admin can limit who creates or deletes custom emoji. If Add emoji is missing, ask the person who manages your organization's messaging settings.
